Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $120. In addition, select products include free shipping regardless of the size of your order.
For all other U.S. orders, we offer both USPS and Fedex shipping. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight/dimensions of the products you're ordering and the destination address. You can calculate shipping charges and choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.
We only ship to United States addresses at this time.
Returns
At Paella of Spain we offer a full guarantee for all our products. If once you have received your product you feel that the product is not fully satisfactory we ask that you file a claim so that we can track your order.
To do so, please send an email to info@paellaofspain.com indicating details of the purchase and reason for the return. We will get back to you promptly with a Return Code that will be attached to the returned product. If the returned product does not have the Return Code attached, we will not be able to process any refund. Please, note that merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping charges will only be refunded if merchandise is proven to be defective.
When received we will match the product returned with the Return Code and will process the refund.
